Rory J. Flinn, Adrienne Linnell

ABSTRACT

This article provides a roadmap for four‐year institutions and community colleges to form a regional collaborative, develop and run a community college teaching fellows program, and critically evaluate a program to make year‐over‐year improvements. The case‐study presented focuses on the Central Massachusetts ASPIRE Regional Collaborative (C‐MA RC), bringing together two 4‐year institutions, Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and Worcester State University (WSU), with a community college, Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), and offers lessons learned and practical guidance from their experience with their teaching fellows program.
