Objective: The aim of our study is to evaluate in vitro the cytotoxic effect of the use of 2 mm and 4 mm bulk fill composites on gingival keratinocyte cells and the effect on antioxidant enzymes. Methods: In this study, various bulkfill composite resins(BCR) (Admira Fusion X-tra (VOCO GmbH, Cuxhaven, Germany), Reveal (Bisco, Japan), Estelite Bulk Fill Flow (Tokuyama, Japan) and Beautifil Bulk Flowable (Kyoto, Japan)) were prepared as 2 mm and 4 mm. The cell viability of the filtered composite resin extracts was examined with the MTT test, while the monomer rates released at the end of the 1st and 3rd days were measured with the HLPC device. ELISA method was used to evaluate the antioxidant enzymes Malondialdehyde, glutathione, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase 1 in the extracts that were incubated for 72 hours. Cell viability results obtained from the MTT test were evaluated using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney multiple comparison tests.(p
