DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIES IN THE WALK-OUT AREA OF THE SVT STATIONS
N. Danilina, A. RodionovskiyThe area within walking distance of the rapid off-street transport station (hereinafter referred to as ROST) is one of the most valuable areas in the city. It is a close interconnection between two systems: the transportation system and the rules of land use and development. The transportation system includes the transport and transfer hub complex, while the rules of land use and development include the adjacent area and its functional purpose. Sustainable urban development is impossible without the balanced development of the city's territory and its transportation system, including the areas within walking distance of the ROST station. To determine the potential for development of territories within walking distance of SRT stations, a conceptual research model was developed to determine the potential for development, taking into account the operation of the SRT system. As a result of the research, a model was developed to determine the potential for development of territories within walking distance of the SRT station.
