Destiny Alignment as Coaching Methodology: The Destiny Nexus System, the R.A.A.M. Process, and the 16 Archetypes

Abraham Great

This article introduces destiny alignment as a coaching methodology grounded in the premise that effective transformation begins with identity clarification rather than behavioural or cognitive change. Drawing on the Yoruba concept of Ori (pre-existent purpose-bearing identity), the article presents three practitioner tools developed through more than two decades of cross-cultural coaching across forty countries: the Destiny Nexus System (a diagnostic architecture mapping purpose, timing, gifting and context), the R.A.A.M. process (Remember, Align, Activate, Manifest) and the 16 Archetypes model. Mainstream coaching frameworks address what clients think, feel, want or do without theorising who clients are at the foundational level. Destiny alignment coaching addresses this gap by beginning every engagement with identity clarification before strategy or behavioural change. Practitioner reflections from diverse cultural settings illustrate the methodology, and implications for coaching theory, training and cross-cultural practice are discussed.
