Desmoid fibroma (DF) is a rare connective tissue pathology arising from fibroblasts, characterized by aggressive fibromatosis. DF is classified as a borderline tumor of mesenchymal origin with a propensity for aggressive local growth. In the scientific literature and in obstetric practice, DF is an extremely rare pathology. A clinical case of a desmoid tumor of the anterior abdominal wall in a pregnant woman with a favorable outcome is presented.
