Dermatopathology

We present a case of a 70 year old lady with asymptomatic yellow papules on the posterior aspect of the neck in the format of a specialty certificate examination question. This case highlights the importance of clinicopathological correlation and the use of special stains to distinguish her condition and other differential diagnoses.
