Decontamination of fresh wet rice noodles using a vertical in-package cold plasma system

Fresh wet rice noodles (FWRNs) have high moisture and starch content, promoting rapid microbial growth and quality deterioration. Cold plasma treatment effectively reduces microbial load and helps preserve product quality.
