CURRENT DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE HR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF RUSSIAN ORGANIZATIONS

LobachevaThis article analyzes the most pressing areas of human resource management development in the Russian Federation: the introduction of artificial intelligence into HR processes; attracting and motivating young workers; organizing new work models, such as flexible schedules, remote work, and hybrid work; developing programs for psychological support and employee well-being; and fostering a new corporate culture with an emphasis on the values of next-generation workers. It is shown that analytical functions, such as conducting labor market and personnel reviews, processing various requests, and even making management decisions based on specific data, are successfully performed by computer programs. Employees can focus on solving the most complex issues, project-based and creative tasks, which are more rewarding and interesting for them. It is noted that the most common measure to motivate and attract young employees is a flexible schedule and remote work. Current trends in work planning for a specific calendar period are described. The article reveals the main principles of the “work-life balance” concept.
