CREATIVE PROCESS ENGAGEMENT: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY
MUHAIMINUL ISLAM, MD. AFTAB UDDIN, MD. MAHBUBUR RAHMAN, M. NAZMUL ISLAMAlthough the volume of publications on Creative Process Engagement (CPE) is expanding, there is still a lack of a systematic review or bibliometric analysis to consolidate and evaluate the existing scholarly works. This study aims to unearth the publication pattern, most influential authors and sources, and dominant key themes, as well as to extract insights regarding the drivers of collaborative innovation within organisational settings from the previous publications. Bibliometric analysis techniques were applied to 668 documents published till 29th July 2024. Additi\onally, 86 documents from the most acclaimed journals were selected for a systematic literature review based on bibliometric network-based clustering. The findings of the research indicate that the field is relatively new, with anomalous publication and citation trends, offering ample scope for future research. Furthermore, this research establishes CPE as an interconnected and multifaceted phenomenon, influenced by a complex interplay of demographic and social factors, individual engagement processes, and collaborative innovation efforts. However, this research is limited by its use of a specific set of keywords for document extraction and its focus solely on articles listed in the Scopus Database and written in English. Regardless, this research extends the bibliometric perspective to the field of CPE, offering a novel academic contribution.
