Coupling of Physical Education Teaching and Sports Training: Application Research on Mental Health Cultivation of Autistic Groups

Abstract

Objective

Autistic groups often face emotional disorders, psychological pressure and social adaptation difficulties, leading to unstable mental states and impaired mental health. This study explores the application of the coupling mode of physical education teaching and sports training in the mental health cultivation of autistic groups, aiming to relieve their psychological pressure, stabilize mental state and promote their mental health development.

Subjects and Methods

Taking 60 autistic individuals of different ages as subjects, this study adopts experimental research and psychological evaluation methods, constructs a coupling mode of physical education teaching and sports training, carries out targeted intervention practice, and measures their psychological pressure, mental state and mental health level before and after the experiment.

Results

The coupling mode of physical education teaching and sports training effectively relieves the psychological pressure of autistic groups, alleviates negative emotions, improves their emotional regulation ability, stabilizes their mental state, and significantly promotes the improvement of their mental health level, helping them better adapt to the surrounding environment.

Conclusions

The coupling of physical education teaching and sports training is suitable for the mental health cultivation of autistic groups. It can effectively relieve psychological pressure, optimize mental state, protect mental health, and provide a practical and feasible intervention path for the mental health construction of autistic groups.
