Co3O4nanoparticle-decorated porous carbon nanofibers show a large NH3yield up to 23.4 mg h−1mg−1catand a high FE of 92.7% at −0.7 Vvs.reversible hydrogen electrode in 0.1 M NaOH with 0.1 M NO3−.
