Construction of Intelligent Management Information System for Inspection and Testing Equipment
Zhengju Yang, Yongting LiuWith the rapid development of digital transformation, intelligent manufacturing and standardized laboratory construction, the management of inspection and testing equipment is facing higher requirements for standardization, traceability and intelligence. Traditional equipment management methods, which mainly rely on manual bookkeeping, regular maintenance and passive management, can no longer meet the needs of large-scale, high-precision and full-life-cycle management in modern testing institutions. Aiming at the pain points of low efficiency, poor traceability, asynchronous calibration and difficult data statistics in traditional equipment management, this paper systematically studies the construction scheme of intelligent management information system for inspection and testing equipment. Based on IoT, cloud computing, big data, mobile Internet and other technologies, the overall architecture, functional modules, implementation paths and application benefits of the system are expounded. The system realizes the whole-process digital management of equipment from procurement, filing, calibration, maintenance, use monitoring to scrap, and provides strong support for laboratory quality management, resource optimization and risk control. This paper also analyzes the practical challenges in system construction, data integration, talent training and information security, and prospects the development trend of digital twin, AI-driven predictive maintenance and deep integration with smart laboratories. The research results can provide practical reference for testing institutions, laboratories and quality supervision departments to carry out intelligent equipment management and digital upgrading.
