Abstract

Objective

Imperfect labor education evaluation mechanisms fail to care for college students’ emotional changes, resulting in learning psychological pressure and negative mental states, which hinder the improvement of students’ mental health and labor literacy. From the emotion-oriented perspective, this paper constructs the university "11456" labor education monitoring and evaluation system, to ease students’ psychological pressure in labor learning, adjust their negative mental states and promote their comprehensive mental health development.

Subjects and Methods

This research takes college teachers and undergraduates receiving labor education as research objects. It adopts literature analysis, questionnaire surveys and empirical practice research. It investigates students’ labor learning pressure, real-time mental states and mental health levels under traditional evaluation modes, and optimizes the framework and practical links of the new monitoring and evaluation system combined with emotional psychological characteristics.

Results

The constructed "11456" labor education evaluation system integrates emotional psychological monitoring indicators. It effectively relieves students’ labor assessment psychological pressure, corrects their lazy and irritable abnormal mental states, improves their positive emotional experience in labor practice, and remarkably enhances students’ overall mental health level.

Conclusions

The emotion-oriented labor education evaluation system realizes the integration of ability assessment and mental health intervention. It can reduce students’ assessment-induced psychological pressure, stabilize their healthy mental states, complement the psychological education function of labor education, and provide feasible practical paths for high-quality labor education reform and college students’ mental health maintenance.
