Constructing CdSe/CoWO 4 S-scheme heterojunctions with tight interfacial electronic coupling for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen evolution
Yu Li, Zhenyu An, Yujia Sui, Xin Guo, Xueying Yang, Zhiliang JinA novel CdSe/CoWO 4 S-scheme heterojunction with strong electronic coupling was fabricated. The H 2 evolution rate was 3.1 and 381 times higher than those of pristine CdSe and CoWO 4 . This is attributed to charge separation and suppressed recombination.
