Confirmation of Constraints on ΔT from Multiple European and Arab Reports of Medieval Eclipses

Hitherto unused reports of medieval European and Arab reports of eclipses, emanating from outside as well as inside the paths of totality, are analysed for the determination of ΔT. These results support our conclusions for the variations in the Earth’s rate of rotation published in L. V. Morrison, F. R. Stephenson, C. Y. Hohenkerk and M. Zawilski, 2021, “Addendum 2020 to Measurement of the Earth’s Rotation: 720 BC to AD 2015.”
