Abstract

Objective

Modern people suffer from long-term hidden psychological pressure and irregular emotional fluctuations, leading to unbalanced mental states and potential mental health risks that are difficult to detect manually. This study aims to develop an intelligent terminal emotion monitoring system, realizing automatic identification of emotional changes, real-time perception of psychological pressure, and scientific assessment of individual mental health status.

Subjects and Methods

This study takes ordinary users with different degrees of psychological pressure as experimental subjects. Based on computer image analysis and emotion recognition algorithms, it completes the system programming and terminal function deployment. Combined with professional mental health scales, it verifies the system’s accuracy in monitoring mental states and evaluating psychological pressure levels.

Results

The developed intelligent terminal system achieves stable and efficient emotion monitoring and data analysis. It can accurately capture subtle psychological pressure fluctuations and abnormal mental states, generate targeted mental health evaluation reports, and effectively reflect users’ real-time psychological and spiritual health levels.

Conclusions

The computer-based intelligent emotion monitoring system has reliable practical application value. It realizes dynamic tracking of users’ psychological pressure and intelligent judgment of mental states, provides convenient technical support for daily mental health detection and early psychological intervention, and promotes the optimization of public mental health management modes.
