This research aimed to determine the main phytochemical properties such as organic acids, sugar components, total phenolic content and total antioxidant capacity of seven different rosehip (Rosa canina L.) cultivars and to evaluate the differences between them statistically. Among all cultivars, malic acid was determined as the dominant organic acid and its concentrations varied between 1.46 and 4.53 g/100 g. Fructose and glucose contents varied range from 8.12 to 11.71 g/100 g and 6.32 to 9.75 g/100 g, respectively. Total phenolic content was found to range from 3. 52 to 6. 46 mg GAE/g, while total antioxidant capacity was found to range from 4.83 to 7.37 mg TEAC/g. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) showed that the total variance was 71%. 9 and made a clear distinction between the biochemical profiles of genotypes 14BL03 and 14BL05. Similarly, heat map analysis confirmed the various grouping patterns of biochemical components and genotype groupings. Correlation analysis revealed a strong positive relationship between total phenolic content and total antioxidant capacity (r = 0.86, p)
