Composition-controlled graphene–ZnO–SiC–reinforced aluminum matrix composites: mechanical ranking and minimum quantity lubrication-assisted turning optimization

At a fixed 10 wt% reinforcement, 2Gr–2ZnO–6SiC/Al showed the best overall mechanical performance, reaching 201.5 MPa tensile strength and 283.3 MPa flexural strength; MQL reduced roughness by 43% and cutting force by 24% versus dry turning.
