Complete genomes of blue- and pink-colored Pseudomonas strains isolated from spoiled foods

ABSTRACT

Here, we report complete genomes of Pseudomonas paracarnis str. CASEUS-AZUL, Pseudomonas paracarnis str. ORYZA-AZUL, and Pseudomonas fragi str. ORYZA-ROSEA, which are bacterial strains isolated from refrigerated spoiled foods (panela cheese that had turned blue, and brown rice that had turned blue and pink, respectively).
