ABSTRACT

We report complete genome sequences of methane-oxidizing bacterial strains, which were isolated from paddy fields, and type strains belonging to Gammaproteobacteria (type I methanotrophs), Methylomonas koyamae strain Fw12E-Y T , Methylomagnum ishizawai strain RS11D-Pr T , and Methylogaea oryzae strain E10 T .
