ABSTRACT

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of a multidrug-resistant Photobacterium damselae subsp. damselae strain OF2, isolated from diseased olive flounder ( Paralichthys olivaceus ) in South Korea. Oxford Nanopore sequencing yielded two circularized chromosomes and a plasmid carrying antimicrobial resistance genes.
