Complete genome sequence of Pseudomonas sp. 20-5, an effective biocontrol bacterium isolated from soil

ABSTRACT

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Pseudomonas sp. 20-5, a potent biocontrol bacterium isolated from a soil sample of Chongqing, China. The genome consists of 6,335,883 bp with a GC content of 66.51%, in which 5,729 protein-coding genes, 12 rRNA, and 65 tRNA genes were identified.
