Complete genome sequence of a carbapenem-resistant and hypermucoviscous Klebsiella pneumoniae strain KP110 isolated from a human urine sample in Dalian, China

ABSTRACT

We report the complete genome sequence of a carbapenem-resistant and hypermucoviscous Klebsiella pneumoniae strain KP110 isolated from a urine specimen in Dalian, China. The isolate was identified as ST11-KL47 and comprised a 5.46-Mb chromosome with a 138.82-kb IncFII(pHN7A8) plasmid.
