The possibilities and advantages of combined using of liquid scintillation spectrometry methods and extraction of radionuclides from environmental objects and technological samples are shown. The main problems of extraction technology that have arisen in modern conditions are presented. The possibility of using commercially available reagents for the preparation of liquid organic extractants and corresponding scintillation cocktails suitable for liquid scintillation analysis using SpectraDec/LiquidMaster spectrometric software. The results of testing model radionuclide mixtures using combined extraction technology and liquid scintillation spectrometry as well as the analysis of real samples are shown.
