Objective:

To explore the clinical effect of blood purification therapy on chronic renal failure (CRF) and its influence on renal function indexes and inflammatory factors.

Methods:

The clinical data of 84 patients in our hospital from September 2020 to July 2022 were collected for retrospective analysis. According to different treatment methods, 42 patients with CRF who received hemodialysis were included in the control group (CG), and the other 42 patients who received hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion were included in the joint group (JG). In the two groups, the therapeutic effects were compared, and the changes of renal function indexes (SCr, BUN, and β 2 -MG), inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, and CRP), and serological indexes (PTH, Hcy, and blood phosphorus levels) were compared before and after treatment.

Results:

Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SCr, BUN, β 2 -MG, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, CRP, PTH, Hcy, and blood phosphorus levels between the two groups ( p  > 0.05), but the JG was significantly lower than the CG after treatment ( p  < 0.05). In the two groups, the SCr, BUN, β 2 -MG, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, CRP, PTH, Hcy, and blood phosphorus levels before treatment were obviously higher than those after treatment ( p  < 0.05). The total effective rate of the CG was significantly lower than that of the JG ( p  < 0.05).

Conclusion:

Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion is effective in the treatment of patients with CRF. It can effectively improve the renal function of patients, reduce inflammatory reaction and complications, improve the toxin clearance effect and quality of life, and has high clinical application value.
