ABSTRACT

Chiral perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) with strong circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) hold enormous potential for applicating in chiral optoelectronic fields, including 3D displays, chiral sensing, anti‐counterfeiting, and information storage. Nevertheless, the weak luminescence asymmetry and insufficient stability of CPL‐active perovskite NCs have severely hampered their practical applications. Herein, through a solvent‐induced in situ crystallization method, the MAPbBr 3 NCs were successfully embedded into the network of blue‐emitting chiral peptide glass (L/D‐Zn‐Car). The L‐Zn‐Car chiral peptide glass acts as both a chiral template and a protective matrix, offering a confined chiral microenvironment for the nucleation and growth of MAPbBr 3 NCs. Theoretical calculations combined with experimental evidences collectively confirm the strong coordination interactions between MAPbBr 3 NCs and L‐Zn‐Car matrix, which not only facilitate efficient chirality transfer but also effectively suppress surface trap states. The optimized MAPbBr 3 @L‐Zn‐Car chiral glass exhibits excellent CPL performance, featuring high luminescence asymmetry (g lum : 2.14 × 10 −2 ), remarkable photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY: 76%), and superior stability. Furthermore, the chiral light‐emitting diode (LED) fabricated based on MAPbBr 3 @L/D‐Zn‐Car achieves high luminous efficiency (68.5 lm/W) and prominent CPL characteristics. This work establishes a feasible strategy for the rational design of high‐performance CPL‐active perovskite materials and broadens their application prospects in chiral optoelectronic fields.
