Characterization of membrane protein–nanobody complexation via flow-induced dispersion analysis (FIDA)

Nanobody binders are routinely raised against membrane protein targets. Here, flow-induced dispersion analysis (FIDA) is used to characterize the binding of a nanobody to a membrane protein transporter complex with nanomolar affinity.
