CALCULATION OF THE DOSING UNIT'S ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY
Narmin Abdieva, Gabil' MamedovThe object of this study is an auger dispenser that distributes dry, crumbly feed. The goal of this study is to develop an effective design and operating parameters for a dosing and mixing device to improve the accuracy of feeding concentrated feed to cows. The use of complex-designed dispensers increases labor and material costs for their repair and maintenance, as well as reduces their efficiency. The result of our research is analytical dependencies justifying the influence of the design and technological parameters of the screw mixer-dispenser on its technical and qualitative characteristics, as well as regression mathematical models optimizing the main parameters of the mixer-dispenser and its operating mode, which implements the dispensing of feed using a special device. experimental screw working body; calculated values of the design and operational parameters of the experimental dispenser-mixer. The scientific novelty is the study of analytical dependencies that substantiate the influence of the design and technological para-meters of the screw mixer-doser on its technical and qualitative characteristics. The obtained results and indicators on optimizing the dosing of feed material during the preparation of compound feed, in comparison with its continuous operation over time, have theoretical significance for thematic programs, research and development work on the preparation of feed mixtures.
