Cybersecurity resilience has become a major factor in determining the strength of the supply chain, especially in sectors which constitute the national critical infrastructure, such as energy, transport and healthcare industries. This chapter examines the importance of collaboration to cyber resiliency in interdependent supply chains. The analysis is carried out through a conceptual literature review in which synthesis of 122 scholarly and policy papers published from 2014 to 2025 is made based on the concept of a network that brings into consideration theories of supply chain resiliency, resource dependency, collective action, socio-technological system and network governance. Cybersecurity resilience can be achieved only when more than one player is involved in the network. Through collaboration, information exchange concerning the nature of the threats, addressing such threats and public and private partnership will make the environment less vulnerable to cyberattacks and therefore more flexible. On the other hand, fragmented environments where there is very little cooperation are likely to be victims of system failure. This chapter outlines a framework called the Collaborative Cyber Resilience Framework, which is made up of components such as threat environment, actors, collaboration mechanism, governance and cyber resilience outcomes. One of the most essential things about collaboration according to the Collaborative Cyber Resilience Framework is that coordination will make collaboration better and sustainable. This study contributes to the existing literature in this field through offering a theory-based cyber security approach that focuses on the network aspect.
