Tacrolimus Toxicity Presenting As Acute Peroneal Neuropathy in a Kidney Transplant Recipient: A Case Report

We report a kidney transplant recipient who developed acute foot drop following tacrolimus supratherapeutic drug levels, with complete recovery after dose adjustment.
