Broadly neutralizing antibodies against HIV-1 pseudoviruses elicited by envelope trimer DNA with chimeric design delivered via silica–calcium phosphate nanoparticles

Based on the U strategy, a chimeric HIV-1 Env trimer DNA plasmid was constructed and delivered using SCP nanoparticles as the carrier. The levels of binding antibodies and neutralizing antibodies induced by this plasmid were detected in guinea pigs.
