Bioorthogonally reinforced injectable granular hydrogels synergizing ECM mimicry with microporosity for skin tissue engineering

Granular hydrogel mimicking the extracellular matrix was designed for use as injectable scaffolds or bioinks in skin tissue engineering. Through hydrazone bonds, ECM-inspired HMPs assemble into a jammed microporous hydrogel network.
