Abstract

In recent years, artificial intelligence technology, inspired by biology, has combined control systems with associative memory to simulate human learning and memory processes. The utilization of DNA strand displacement (DSD) technology has demonstrated significant advantages in solving problems in biocomputing and control systems. In this study, the forget system, input system and output system are designed based on DSD technology. A biological associative memory learning control system is constructed by cascading three DNA control system modules. Furthermore, a multi-input biological associative memory learning control system is extended to implement the basic functions of biological associative memory, including acquisition learning, differentiation learning, generalization learning and repetition learning. Additionally, different emotional stimuli are introduced into the multi-input biological associative memory learning control system to examine the varying effects of emotional stimuli on differentiation learning and generalization learning. This work provides a direction for the integration of biocomputing and control system.
