Prolonged screen use has fostered cervical musculoskeletal disorders, indicating the need for non‐invasive, comfortable, low‐power posture monitoring system. In this work, we developed a sustainable self‐powered triboelectric nanogenerator consisting a biodegradable guar gum‐based biopolymer for energy harvesting and neck posture monitoring. The device employing a bilayer architecture, comprises a guar gum‐bentonite triboelectric film coated with a guar gum‐graphite conductive electrode, eliminating the need for a metallic electrode. The addition of Na‐bentonite filler improves the dielectric and surface charge properties, producing a stable electrical output. As a flexible patch, the G‐TENG measures unique biomechanical voltage signals representing neck flexion and slouching posture. The analysis of these electrical signals with machine learning algorithms enables the precise classification of neck angle and sitting postures. This current study presents a strategy for green, self‐powered electronics that bridge personalized digital healthcare with sustainable biopolymers to mitigate global e‐waste.
