ABSTRACT

Leydig cell tumors (LCTs) are uncommon in nonhuman primates (NHPs). A bilateral LCT was identified in a 20‐year‐old male capuchin monkey ( Sapajus apella ) maintained under human care. Ultrasonography revealed a right testicular nodule, while necropsy identified bilateral testicular masses. Histopathology confirmed bilateral LCT. This case documents bilateral LCT in S. apella , a rare finding in NHPs.
