This study explores the pivotal role of big data in shaping strategies for academic decision-making. By employing a sophisticated data-driven methodology, the research unveils how big data can transform educational systems by enhancing management decision-making and supporting individualized learning. The study examines the utilization of administrative data and student interaction records from learning platforms, demonstrating how big data contributes to personalized instruction and optimal resource allocation. The analysis underscores the effectiveness of big data in improving learning outcomes and overall educational efficiency. The findings highlight the necessity of such tools for modernizing educational institutions, ensuring substantive advancements in educational delivery and content development. Through experimental evidence and structured directives, this research lays the foundation for a significant shift towards a personalized, learner-centric educational framework.
