Black people living with multiple sclerosis can face a double stigma, writes Natalie Diana Busari. First, from a healthcare system that does not listen and fails to communicate internally. Second, from Black communities culturally reluctant to discuss chronic illness. This article calls for a shift towards culturally competent equitable patient-centred care.
