Bayesian optimization for enzyme-catalyzed, site-selective acetylation of carbohydrate OH groups

Bayesian algorithms facilitate challenging optimizations of site-selective, enzyme-catalyzed monoacetylations of pyranoside derivatives. The data were used to evaluate transfer learning models for warm-starting new optimizations.
