Averaging and Near Viability of Singularly Perturbed Control Systems

We consider issues related to averaging of singularly perturbed control systems (SPCS) in the viability context. We introduce a notion of near viability of SPCS and relate it to the viability of a specially constructed averaged differential inclusion
