Autonomous stepping dynamics of a two-legged DNA walker on a nanopore track

Langevin dynamics simulations demonstrate that the walking dynamics, reliability, and efficiency can be modulated by tuning the environmental conditions for autonomous walking of a two-legged DNA walker on the nanopore track.
