Atomically precise Au_xAg_25−x nanoclusters with a modulated interstitial Au–Ag microenvironment for enhanced visible-light-driven photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

The interstitial Au–Ag microenvironments in the alloy (AuAg)₂₅ nanoclusters not only promoted the photogenerated charge carriers utilization but also optimized the reaction dynamics, which lead to the enhanced photoreactivities in the alloyed NCs.
