The work is devoted to the analysis of changes in the Moscow labor market during the Covid-19 pandemic and its comparison with national trends. It is shown that the Moscow labor market differs from the all-Russian one not only in terms of the structure of employees by type of economic activity, but also in different recovery rates after the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has also led to an expansion of digitalization, which has affected both the growth in the number of vacancies with the ability to work remotely and the proportion of people employed in the field of information and communications.
