Research on standard forehead proportions is crucial for dermatologists assessing conditions like frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) [1-3]. To our best knowledge, this study is the first to compare the distance from the glabella to the frontal hairline between patients with FFA and a healthy population. Our goal is to determine if there's a correlation between hairline recession measurements and the certainty of an FFA diagnosis.
