Abstract

Radial tears of the lateral meniscus have limited healing potential and unfavorable biomechanics, and current suture constructs that use capsular rip‐stop stitches may increase meniscal extrusion and constrain native motion. This technical note describes an all‐inside, crossed, meniscus‐based repair for complete or near‐complete radial tears of the lateral midbody using a percutaneous needle. Key steps, indications, and rehabilitation are detailed. This construct aims to balance stability with preservation of meniscal mobility and vascularity; prospective clinical studies are required to confirm its long‐term efficacy.
