The present study was aimed to explore the anthelmintic efficacy and growth promoting potential of Moringa oleifera leaf meal (MOLM) in eighteen post-weaned Nellore lambs (3 months old, average body weight 11.70±0.18 kg) over 90-day trial period. Lambs were randomly assigned to three dietary groups: T0 (control, MOLM at 0% protein replacement level), T1 (MOLM at 15% protein replacement level), and T2 (MOLM at 30% protein replacement level). Monthly data of faecal egg count (EPG) and body weights revealed significant decrease in EPG levels and an increase in weight gains in MOLM-supplemented groups (T1: 88.39±7.08; T2: 91.70±8.04) than the control group. These findings suggested that Moringa oleifera leaf meal has a significant role in controlling gastrointestinal nematode infections along with its growth promoting benefits.
