ANALYSIS OF THE STUDIED STATE OF LAND RESOURCES
Al'bert Nugmanov, Yuri RogatnevThe article presents the results of research to assess the level of information support for agricultural land management in the Omsk region. Based on an analysis of 32 municipal districts based on criteria of depth, detail, objectivity, and timeliness, systemic deficiencies have been identified: only 72% of land boundaries have been established, fertility data is missing for 65% of plots, and the proportion of unused land reaches 20%. The study of the state of land resources has been analyzed using GIS technology to integrate disparate data, including a multi-level system for collecting and processing spatial information. New indicators of the study of land resources are proposed, such as effective area, natural fertility index and the index of degradation stability. The development of GIS technology is proposed, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of information, to ensure the identification of unused lands and control of their intended use.
