Analysis of the software mechanism of state management of socio-economic processes in Primorsky Kra

This article presents the results of a study analyzing the programmatic mechanism of state governance of socioeconomic processes in Primorsky Krai. This topic is an important and integral part of the evelopment of both the country as a whole and Primorsky Krai in particular. To improve the effectiveness of measures aimed at socioeconomic development, the state is improving legislation and creating new solutions to achieve the goals of state programs and national projects. The objective of this study is to analyze the programmatic mechanism of state governance of socioeconomic processes in Primorsky Krai. To achieve this goal, the following objectives were defined: conduct a SWOT-analysis of Primorsky Krai, describe the socioeconomic development trends in Primorsky Krai, analyze regional programs, their effectiveness, and outcomes, and review national and regional projects.
