Analysis of Factors Influencing Employee Safety Awareness for Strengthening Fire Safety in Nursing Facilities
Jin ChaeThis study conducted a theoretical review of fire safety awareness and fire risks in nursing facilities, and designed a research model to empirically analyze the factors influencing the safety awareness of nursing facility staff. The results showed that various elements, including safety knowledge, safety practices, safety education, evacuation measures, and managerial factors, had a significant impact on safety awareness, and evacuation measures and safety practices had a relatively high influence. This suggests that in facilities housing many residents with limited mobility, such as nursing homes, response capabilities applicable in real-world situations, as well as theoretical knowledge, are key factors in shaping safety awareness.
