ANAESTHETIC MANAGEMENT IN A PATIENT WITH MYASTHENIA GRAVIS PLANNED FOR ERCP WITH STENTING UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA

Here we report a case of 78 year old female, a known case of myasthenia gravis for than 6 years diagnosed with periampullary carcinoma with obstructive jaundice posted for ERCP with stenting under general anaesthesia and its anaesthetic management. This report highlights the challenges the anaesthetist encounters perioperatively and underscores the anaesthetic considerations in managing such a condition.
