Abstract

Renal transplantation (from living or deceased donor) may pose rare complications; arteriocalyceal fistula (ACF) is one such entity. These complications require early identification and timely intervention to salvage the graft. The incidence is relatively low, estimated at 1%–2%, and is almost always associated with percutaneous renal biopsy or trauma. Here, we discuss the successful management of a spontaneous ACF in a deceased donor transplantation.
